Introduction (in 75 words)
The latest Esquire magazine presented a 'short short story' challenge to readers. The idea is that one writes a short story of exactly 75 words and submits it to be judged against other submissions, the winner(s) lavished with prizes, etc.
I'm intrigued by this exercise, if less so by Esquire's prizes. After speaking with some of you recently about this, I've decided to launch a similar challenge amongst friends.
Due date is September 1, 2012.
